Testimonials [top]

Hello!

Having discovered your park just three short years ago, we are relatively new members of the Val Vista "family". As we travel during the summer months, we cannot help but compare the parks we visit with the special one where we now have chosen to spend our winters. We are a bit unique in that we already have a permanent home in Kingman, AZ, but after retiring, we decided that since we own a 5th Wheel, we didn't have to stay inside as much as we generally do during the cooler part of the year there. The first two winters, we spent a few weeks at another Casa Grande park which was very nice and where we met lovely people, but the third year, we decided, on a whim, to try something different. Thinking we might enjoy a location that was not as close to the main hub of the city, we drove out on Pinal and noticed there were some RV parks in the area. We entered the gate at Val Vista and soon found there was no need to look further. The ladies in the Office--Lynne, Carol, and Shirley-- gave us a warm welcome and had us laughing and enjoying our visit before we even selected a site that would be suitable for us when we returned with our rig.

Upon our arrival, the camp hosts and residents who were out and about helped us get parked and situated and invited us to a program that was taking place that evening in the Club House. We felt included right away and knew we would enjoy our stay.

Since then, we have made many new friends and have enjoyed a much wider variety of activities than friends elsewhere can boast of. We have passed the word on to others and decided that you too should be aware of the fact that you have many very pleased and appreciative patrons at your Casa Grande, Val Vista location. You are fortunate--as we are--that you have such a dedicated staff who very apparently love their jobs and the people they serve. Kudos to all of you. We look forward to our return visit to your park this winter.

Sincerely,

Carole and Jerry Randall

A Song for Val Vista

Out in Val vista the people are kind
They'll treat you to coffee and help you unwind
And if you come broken they'll help you to mend
And I'm glad to be with them again.

On Mondays there's music with a group sing-a-long
On Tuesday there's bingo with pots to be won
And if you win nothing please do not complain
Just be glad to be back here again.

I can't imagine a Park that's more friendly,
More fit for Princes or Kings
I wouldn't trade ten RV Resorts
For Val Vista and the pleasure it brings.

Out in Val Vista on warm sunny days
People go golfing on narrow fairways
And if they play poorly then never complain
They’re just glad to be playing the game.
There’s biking and hiking and dominos too
Wood carving and art class to mention a few.
Many’s the evening spent with old and new friends
And I’m glad to be with them again.

I can’t imagine a Park that’s more friendly,
More fit for Princes or Kings
I wouldn’t trade ten RV Resorts
For Val Vista and the pleasure it brings.

At home in Val Vista stories are told
Of children and grandkid both young and old
The weather’s so good that you seldom get rain
I’m so glad to be back here again.

And now I’ll conclude with this wish you go well
Sweet be your dreams may your happiness swell
Now I must leave for my journey begins
But I’m going to return here again.

I can’t imagine a Park that’s more friendly,
More fit for Princes or Kings
I wouldn’t trade ten RV Resorts
For Val Vista and the pleasure it brings.
